It is the substitute of the common velboa, the brushing side is DTY 75D/144F, hand feeling is very soft and smooth. The pile height could be 1MM, 1.5MM, 2MM, 2.5MM, 3MM, the weight could be 220gsm -300gsm,always could be used from the toys to garments, upholstery, shoe materials, etc The 1mm pile height micro velboa is new developed this year, its weight is around 230gsm- 260gsm, its style is similar to the cotton velvet, could be used for the sofas after bonding with the T/C fabric, very popular at present. Micro velboa also could be done many further treatments like foil stamping, printing, wring, embossing, etc, thus formed so many different styles to meet the different requirements of our customers.
